OEM 90467-09204 — the door panel clip that sits behind the mirror triangle on the Tacoma. You meet it when you pull the door card for a speaker or a window regulator, and you discover that two of them stayed in the door.
Toyota sells them in packs. Reasonable for a workshop, less so when you broke exactly three and are trying to get the door back together this evening.
Fitment: Tacoma 2005–2015. The 90467 family covers a lot of Toyota clips at different diameters, so check the number stamped on yours rather than going by appearance — several are similar enough to fool the eye and none of the wrong ones will hold.
