Shipping
We ship worldwide from the US. Production and shipping timelines depend on the part — we confirm both when your order is placed, and we keep you updated while your part is in the queue.
International orders: import duties, VAT and customs fees charged by your country are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
Verification before shipping
Before your part ships, we send you photos and video of the finished piece so you can verify the shape, finish and color against your original. Nothing leaves our shop until you’ve seen it.
30-day returns & money-back guarantee
You have 30 days from delivery to report a problem.
Fitment or defect: if the part doesn’t fit the vehicle it was ordered for, arrives damaged, or has a manufacturing defect, we’ll reprint it free of charge or refund you in full — your choice. That’s the guarantee, and it’s unconditional.
Change of mind: because every part is manufactured to order for your specific vehicle, change-of-mind returns are handled case by case. Contact us at hello@obsoletemade.com before returning anything and we’ll work something out.
How to start a return
Email hello@obsoletemade.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the part as received. We respond to every return request, and fitment or defect claims are resolved with a reprint or refund — no restocking fees, no runaround.
