Every part we make is covered by a 1-year warranty against defects in materials, workmanship and fitment, starting the day your part is delivered.
What’s covered
If within one year of delivery your part cracks, delaminates, deforms or otherwise fails under normal use, or turns out not to fit the vehicle it was ordered for, we’ll reprint it free of charge or refund your purchase price — your choice.
Our parts are printed in ASA, an engineering plastic chosen specifically for automotive interiors: it holds up to UV exposure and cabin heat far better than the original OEM plastics it replaces. If it fails anyway, that’s on us.
What’s not covered
Damage caused during installation, modification of the part after delivery, damage from accident or misuse, and normal cosmetic wear are not covered. The warranty applies to the original purchaser and the vehicle the part was ordered for.
Making a claim
Email hello@obsoletemade.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a short description of how it happened. Claims are typically resolved with a replacement print; where a replacement isn’t practical, we refund.
