FAQ & How It Works

Everything you need to know before ordering a reprinted part.

What materials do you print in?

Engineering-grade filaments such as ASA and similar UV- and heat-resistant materials, chosen for the environment each part lives in. Dash and cabin parts see a lot of sun and heat, so material is matched to the application.

How accurate is the fit?

Parts are modeled from OEM references and test-fitted before release. Where clips or mounts are involved, we replicate the original attachment points rather than improvising a workaround.

What’s the lead time?

Most parts are made to order. Typical turnaround is a few days to print and finish, plus shipping. Exact lead times will be listed on each product.

Do you offer a warranty or accept returns?

If a part arrives damaged or doesn’t fit as described, contact us and we’ll make it right. Full warranty and return terms are posted alongside the shop.

Can you make a part for my car?

Often, yes. Submit your vehicle and part details on the Custom Request page and we’ll let you know if it’s feasible and what it would cost. You can also check parts by car make.

Where do you ship?

Shipping details are confirmed at checkout. If you have a question about your region, reach out via the Contact page.
