About ObsoleteMade
It started with one broken part — a cracked, sun-baked dash vent on a Toyota SC300 that Toyota hasn’t made in decades.
Junkyards were picked over, reproduction parts didn’t exist, and the only “solutions” online were duct tape and hope. So we modeled it, printed it, and it fit. That part became the first product in what’s now a growing catalog of hard-to-replace vehicle parts — the trim pieces, clips, vents, and brackets that manufacturers stopped supporting years ago, but that owners still need to keep their cars whole.
What We Do
We reverse-engineer discontinued vehicle parts from real OEM references and reproduce them with modern 3D printing — engineering-grade materials, precise tolerances, and finishes that hold up in a daily driver, not just on a shelf.
Reverse-Engineered
Measured and modeled from original parts and factory references for accurate fit.
Test-Fitted
Prototyped and checked against the vehicle before a part reaches the shop.
Built To Last
Engineering-grade filaments chosen for UV, heat, and impact resistance.
Where We’re Headed
SC300 dash vents are just the start. We’re expanding the catalog vehicle by vehicle, prioritizing the parts owners ask for most. Explore parts by car make, or if you don’t see your car yet, that’s what the Custom Request page is for.
